Dana Myerson visualizes everything through a different lens—rearranged, modified, enhanced—to be a pleasure for others to experience. Her introduction to the vast world of design began at an early age while traveling to Europe with her family, visiting French fabric mills, antique stores, art galleries, and haute couture boutiques. Dana studied fine art and art history at the University of Southern California, then went on to the Institute of Applied Design. Her career history began as the buyer and manager of a chain of haute couture boutiques, which took her to Paris, Milan, and New York for runway shows and collection openings each year. Dana continued to shop around the world, adding to her personal couture clothing, art, and fabric collections. The demand for Dana to begin designing homes led to the launch of DANA Interiors, a full service interior and architectural element design firm. Twelve years ago, Dana had the idea of endlessly repeating photographic surface designs. RINEKWALL was born, specializing in wallcovering and fabrics sold around the world. Her unique, versatile, and eclectic tastes are innovative and timeless. Dana’s passionate energy has naturally sustained a long history of philanthropic endeavors as well. Dana’s knack for balancing family, work, and service caught Donna Karan’s eye. Dana was chosen to be one of Karan’s “Women Who Inspire” and a brand ambassador. She lives and breathes the ever-changing world of fashion and understands the idiosyncrasies of the contract and residential design industries. Her steadfast work ethic and integrity lays the foundation for all of Dana’s successes. Dana Myerson is known for her creativity and ability to see a project from inception to completion with an exciting energy, while leaving the client feeling more attractive…proud…unforgettable.
